Dont think you can fit a whole cow into your freezer? No problem! You can order a half beef. This particular option if grass fed, grass finished Angus x Wagyu cross animal. It will have less internal marbling than the grain finished but still has the healthy fat on wagyu and an amazing product.
THE PRICE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WEIGHT AND PROCESSING OF ANIMAL
Step 1: Place a $1,000.00 deposit to claim your choice of a quarter (100-125 pounds), Half (200-250 pounds), or whole beef (400-500 pounds). Then you will be emailed a cut sheet to fill out. If you have any questions, we are here to help you at any point during the process.
Step 2: Choose to pick up your beef at the USDA processing plant in Sheridan or have it shipped to you.
Step 3: We will continue to raise your beef on our pasture (and additional grain if you choose grain finished) until the harvest date arrives.
Step 4: When your beef is ready for harvest, it will go to the butchers at Western Heritage Meat Company for your specified custom cuts. There it will be dry aged a total of 14-21 days unless you specify otherwise. Dry aging the meat creates a more tender and flavorful cut. Once cut, your meat will be flash frozen and vacuumed sealed. Once it is packaged and ready for delivery or pick up you will receive an invoice with the balance due.
