If you're looking for pork, here is your best option! Buy a whole hog for you and your family. This is about 200 pounds of pork to take home for your freezer. 
 
Step 1: Place a $200.00 deposit to claim your choice of a half (100 pounds), or whole pig (200 pounds). Then you will be emailed a cut sheet to fill out. If you have any questions, we are here to help you at any point during the process.
Step 2: Choose to pick up your pork at the USDA processing plant in Sheridan or have it shipped to you.
Step 3: We will continue to raise your pork on our pasture until the harvest date arrives. 
Step 4: When your pork is ready for harvest, it will go to the butchers at Western Heritage Meat Company for your specified custom cuts. Once cut, your meat will be flash frozen and vacuumed sealed. Once it is packaged and ready for delivery or pick up you will receive an invoice with the balance due.
