These cattle are strictly fed grass, cover crops and a hay diet their whole lives. Absolutely no hormones, implants, or antibiotics.

Selling whole, half, and quarter beeves. 

We finish our 100% grass fed beef longer than normal grain finished beef so they can produce their best potential flavor and marbling possible. 

These animals are dry aged for 21-28 days.

A whole beef will yield around 450 lbs of beef.
