These cattle are strictly fed grass, cover crops and a hay diet their whole lives. Absolutely no hormones, implants, or antibiotics.

We offer whole, half, and quarter beeves. 

We finish our 100% grass fed beef for a longer period of time so they can produce their best potential flavor and marbling possible. 

These animals were dry aged for 21-28 days.
